All Sales Are Final

All sales of Mystery Collector Card Packs, limited-edition collectibles, digital products, and promotional items are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:


Change of mind

Duplicate card pulls

Unwanted cards received in mystery packs

Incorrect purchases made by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as shipped by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
