Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. During new releases, special drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment


International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Collector Card Packs

Mystery Collector Card Packs are shipped at random. Due to the collectible nature of the product, duplicate cards may occur.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery falls to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier using the tracking information provided.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
